Almighty and eternal God, so draw our hearts to you, so guide our minds, so fill our imaginations, so control our wills, that we may be wholly yours, utterly dedicated unto you; and then use us, we pray you, as you will, and always to your glory and the welfare of your people; through our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. Amen.

Adults are offered various enrichment, study, and growth opportunities through both short- and long-term classes.  Adults are able to engage in meaningful exploration of their faith and to more fully participate in the life of our parish and our community.  Adult Christian education activities include:

  • Adult Sunday school - classes explore various selected topics through facilitated discussion

  • Episcopal 101 classes

  • Wednesday evening forums and focused explorations - include Wednesday night supper and informal programs for enrichment

  • Thursday morning Bible study - formed not only to study the Bible, but also to provide fellowship, encouragement, and learning in a supportive community

  • Opportunities for adults to serve as acolytes for the 11:00 worship service

Diocesan and Community Activities

Several parishioners have also served as adult leaders for Diocesan youth activities including Happening, New Beginnings, and Steps to Lead (a youth leadership development program initiated by the Bishop in 2017).
